BittLife is an independent, third-party informational website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Candywriter, LLC, the creators of the original BitLife game. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, product names, and logos appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners.
We do not host proprietary game files directly on our servers. Links to third-party downloads are provided for educational and testing purposes only.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of Notice as described below, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.
Please provide the following information in your notice:

3. Submitting the Notice
Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent at the email address provided in the Contact section below. We process all valid DMCA requests within 24-48 hours.
4. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Delaware, USA, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, BittLife has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or visitors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
