Being healthy with these simple yet effective tips

Hello everyone! In this post we will show you some simple tips on living a healthy life. In order for this to work you have to practice them daily and be consistent, so don’t cheat yourself. Let’s jump right in!

Firstly:
You should remove everything that your body does not need like: Cigarettes, drugs, alcohol,  junk food etc.

You are what do you eat so eat healthy in order to be healthy. Quality tips: Eat greens and fruits every day, lower your meat intake and dairy products, eat more olive oil and honey, eat smaller amounts, respect your eating process and let your body rest a little bit after each meal.

Thirdly:
Being healthy is also related to physical activity. Try to move your muscles everyday by doing simple exercises like jumping jacks, squats, push ups, sit ups, planks. 5-minutes a day is a very good way to start and yet simple.

Fourthly:
Take very good care of your sleep. Try to sleep at least 7 hours every day in a quiet please. It’s very wise to stop using your electronic device is 2 hour before sleeping. Lots of studies relate a good sleep with a healthy life.

Fifthly:
Never let your brain rest. It is very important to exercise your brain as well as your body. Start by reading a book, making a new friend, use social networks to communicate with others, solve sudoku or other games that require you to think, play mental sports like chess etc.

Finally, to be healthy you have to take good of your personal hygiene. Make sure to shower regularly, brush and floss your teeth everyday twice a day, trim your nails, change clothes regularly and wash them and make sure that the place that you stay is very clean as well.
